Yes, I am extremely late in posting this news. This was I think a few days ago news and the event was held at Wimbledon itself. There was a YouTube live link and you can search for it although I'm not sure if it has a saved version of the event cos now is of course no longer live video.
These are the photos and screen captures of Justine at the event, taken from facebook pages, twitter, chinese tieba forum shared by her fans, thank you all for sharing!:
Click the image for actual resolution, and try to spot Juju
Compared to some others, Justine's message is the shortest and neatest :) Oh why didn't Justine draw a complete heart? Symbolizes never-ending love?
Considering being a model, Justine?

This angle of Justine is so lovely! Like the contrast, all of them looking pretty casual while Justine is so formal and serious!
I don't know why but I find this one to be very 2007 Justine face
Btw, those who understands french, may read Justine's journal on Wimbledon's matches here: http://lejournaldejustine.skynetblogs.be/ Justine is simply happy for Kirsten Flipkens to reach Semi Finals, what an achievement and congrats Flipkens!

This post will be updated until the end of RG. And thanks to the tennis forum, I managed to get this link which I can watch on france 2 to listen to Justine's sexy voice without any country restriction:
Anyway, here's some beautiful photos of Justine which I've got from the fb news and chinese baidu forum:
Wow Ju! I love this woman so much!!! She actually looked like a news reporter..
The smart looking Justine, looking intellectual!
The zebra wear, Ju looks good in it and although with some wrinkles, Justine is actually a very beautiful woman with beautiful sharp features...Love her smile!
A light contrast of the photo...
That's our humble girl Juju!
Can I see wad's on her lanyard? The tag of her face?
The lady in blue <3 I'm definitely drooling over this! Lovely Ju!
And I got this one from twitter:
Why in front of a garbage bin? haha Ju looks normal and from some tweets, Ju is trying to blend in the crowd unnoticed I think.
News and Photos / Articles / Justine Henin: " I was a machine and I regret it "
Quadruple prize-winner of International of France (on 2003, 2005, 2006, on 2007), Justine Henin is back Door of Auteuil as consultant for FranceTélévisions. Exclusive confession for rolandgarros.com in this interview Game of the truth.
Justine, what is the biggest fear of your life? The abandonment. I am afraid of the solitude, as a little everybody I think. But I make every effort so that that does not arrive (smile). On the other hand, I have no particular phobia, no really specific fear.
The first dream which you realized? When I was small, I lived for the tennis and I did not leave many place with the other thing. Teenager I had posters of Steffi Graf in my room and I dreame to gain Roland-Garros, thus when I met her and when I stood out here, it was two immense dreams of realized. A little later, in 22 years, I jumped in parachute and that also I dreamed about it for a long time.
Your biggest anger against Carlos Rodriguez (his coach of always)? I had it a lot but I contained them (smile). I remember it of one where I really exploded. It belonged to Amelia Island, during a match against Conchita Martinez in 2004. I was not really very physically and moreover, we knew a bit further that I had a virus, close to the mononucleosis. At the edge of the court, Carlos took to task to me and crossed me a blowing machine because I played really badly. I felt that as a profound injustice and for once, I answered. I sent him to flying and he immediately left the ground. It is the only time when he made that. He was always rather hard with me but I knew that it was for my good. There at the time, I did not accept him. Generally speaking, if I was lucky to have Carlos, he so was lucky to have a player who supported him during fifteen years (smile).
Your player's first tears? I did not cry a lot and especially I communicated very badly my enjoyments, even the deepest. The only times when I it allowed myself, it was when I was alone in my hotel room in the evening after a defeat which hurt. But when I played, I contained enormously my feelings. Maybe too much. I was a machine and today I regret it. I would have liked exteriorizing more my feelings, as the people at the end of tournament can sometimes make it. They keep everything up to the end and then after the victory or the defeat in finale, we see at home moving feelings. I, even after a victory in Grand slam I might boil with enjoyment inside, I did not show it.
Your worst superstition? I always ate in the same restaurants on a tournament. I had even one of it for rest days and the other one for the days of match. I so always wanted to sit down on the same side of the referee and I never walked on lines. I was very superstitious (smile). Generally speaking, we are her all little on the circuit. We know that that has no impact but that reassures us, that gives us marks and allows us to cling to details when we doubt. I am him no more today, I stood back and I realize that it was ridiculous (smile).
The moment when you became aware that you had become famous? There is an event which marked me and left speechless, it was my return in Brussels after my first victory to Roland-Garros, in 2003. I was 21 years old and there were more than 10 000 persons on Big place to celebrate that with me and applaud me. We are prepared never really for this kind of thing, especially that 10 minutes before I go out on the balcony of the city hall to greet the crowd, there was nobody. I am of discreet nature and I was really afraid that that does not take place well. See so many people made me not only realize that I had entered another dimension, but also made become aware of the impact which I could have on people.
If you had a machine to go back up the time for one hour only, which would change you? I would take advantage of it in other words in to revise to my mother. I did not think that she would leave so fast and I regret not having been able to say to her more things and to squeeze her in my arms. On the sports plan, I would go back up the time until my finale of Wimbledon against Amélie Mauresmo, in 2006. Wimbledon, it is the only Grand slam which misses to my prize list but after the first won set 6/2, I did not find the mental and physical resources to stand out. I was for a set to gain Wimbledon and I passed by. It was certainly written that this tournament was not for me. I believe in the fate a lot and it is of what I think. Well, if I can return in this finale and to find the energy to gain another set, I make it without hesitating (smile).
You have already cheated over a court? Frankly never. There was this story of hand raised here against Serena in 2003, when I am not ready while she is going to serve (having made a sign to Serena that she was not ready, Justine Henin will not confirm with the referee having raised the hand when Serena William will wonder not to be able to benefit from a first ball. This incident made pour a lot of ink). But otherwise the values of honesty are very important for me. To cheat deliberately, that is impossible for me. Moreover, in my academy when I see a young person making it, I intervene immediately.
What did you make with your first gain in tournament? I am not going to be very original, but I am not lavish. I always preferred to please others than myself. Today I indulge myself on the holidays in particular the beautiful refined hotels, because I like that. But otherwise the rest, as for example the car with which I drive, I laughs at it. On the other hand I remember well the feeling which crossed me when I cashed my first check, after the tournament of Rosmalen in the Netherlands. There were 66 000 Belgian francs, that is in 1500 euro. I was hardly 18 years old, I had just left the family place of residence. I dashed into my life of professional player and for me it was the beginning of the adventure.
If you were Elio Di Rupo ( the Belgian Prime Minister) for day, which is the first thing which you would make? I was exactly with him last Sunday and I spent a very good moment. I was the guest of honor of the traditional party of the "Doudou" in Mons (city of which Di Rupo is the mayor) and I was able to discuss with him. I find that the citizens concern naturally a very critical glance our politicians, especially at the moment when the majority of people do not live as well that they would want him. But we do not emphasize enough their efforts and their work. They are very big sloggers and we forget him too often. Now, I do not know about it much in politics thus if I was a head of government for day, the first thing which I would make would be a speech. A speech rallying point and of reassurance of the community tensions. Especially, I would tell to the Belgians to be more proud of the fact than they are and not to be afraid of advancing their talent, of having dreams and ambition. There is a lot of talent in our country but sometimes they do not express themselves as they should him, because of a certain culture.
About what personality do you dream to meet? I was always questioned by Princess Diana and I was marked by her death. I would have liked a lot meeting her. It is for me an ambiguous and complex character and it is what I like. I am fascinated by psychology and I like the complexity of the human beings. Diana could be at the same time strong and generous but also provocative, by putting itself herself in complicated situations.
What the defect is at home which you have difficulty in correcting? I have difficulty in maintaining friendships. In a remote relation I am bad to keep in touch and it is a real pity, because I love people and sharing. I am someone very intense, when I give, I give everything. But when I isolate myself or when I break all ties, I do not pretend. I am very fickle in the maintenance of my friendships, I always had difficulty in installing the long-term things. But I am in search of stability and I pay an enormous attention there. I hope I can say to myself in thirty years that I have twenty-year-old friends.
The most awkward song in your MP3? ( She thinks) I do not see because I listen to only what I like, in this particular case the French song of the 80s and 90. I do not say that because I am here (smile). I like very much " The envy " for Johnny, a fan of which I am enough. I also adore Goldman and his texts. For me the music, it is the beauty of the words. The sketch of Gad Elmaleh in " Dad is at the top ", when it puts itself in the piano and laughs at words of the French song of today, made me many laugh. I feel old by saying that while have just celebrated my 30 years, but I already feel of the former generation. In more I listen to Radio Nostalgia, and that as would say Gad Elmaleh it is the sign that you become old (laughter).
It's the time for the clay season, although Justine is no longer playing in Roland Garros, and I no longer watching WTA tennis (at least at this moment), I may re-watch it for the sake of Justine being the commentator and if only I could find France 2 TV live streaming link without country restriction..haiz~
This is gonna be a super long post since I basically dragged for long to post all her news, latest news below, very below...
Same thanks to the facebook group for the news sources. Here's one news photo of Justine appearing in Roland Garros as a "preparation commentator"?
This is simply Ju-licious! Actually I think Justine looks pretty good in blue, especially this kind of blue..nvm about the critics in that meltyfashion link, I think Ju looks good in simplicity and casual, not with huge makeup and lots of bling bling. What matters the most is looking comfortable and from the pics I definitely also feel comfortable looking at her. That handsome "frown" from Ju again <3
And the below pic taken from chinese baidu tieba (forum):
This almost looks like a combination of the colours of France in reverse, minus the black
And earlier on at Brussels open party:
The happy couple ^^
Justine, whatever happened to your arm? You've lost all of your muscles but love your smile will do
Or even better, laugh like mad! Mr Cute looks very charismatic here ^o^
And here's a youtube clip of her interview in Brussels Open Party uploaded by others:
And there's a video link of an interview regarding Kim's soon-retirement (somehow Ju looks like when she was 15 year old look)
" This is the logic of things. It is clear we want to keep the champions and icons as long as possible. But there are pages that turn, it is inevitable. It must be good. J hope it goes well end her career, she will enjoy it and finish in style ."
And here's a link to a news article which said that Justine is going for a marathon in October. (Not really quite understand the article even after the google translation but so long as Ju is healthy!):
Now a link to how Justine gets to have the chance as a commentator for this year RG for France 2 and that she feels honored to be (to save space, please use google translation, although not 100% accurate, roughly can get what it means):
Justine Henin made her comeback at Roland Garros, in the skin of a consultant for television
PARIS Justine Henin is back at Roland Garros this year. The Famennoise, quadruple winner of the race, it will make its debut in the skin consultant. The former first player in the world and comment on the quarters, semis and the finals of the women's draw for France Televisions and the men's final for the RTBF. This Sunday, she was even invited to France 2, on the terrace of the center court for the opening day of the tournament favorite.Maintenance.
Justine, how have you found to comment on Roland Garros for France Televisions?
"It's Lionel Chamoulaud, the patron of sports, which I was offered during the tournament in Monte Carlo. I am very honored. France 2 is the string on which I looked at Roland Garros being childish. I felt that the clay was even more beautiful on the small screen! And then, it is associated with many fond memories during my career ... "
It's always special to come back at Roland Garros?
"I must admit that I was still a little strange to go through the door of the media rather than that of male and female athletes. It is still very different and at the same time, there are a lot of emotions but not nostalgia. It remains a magical place even though my career is behind me. I come with a different look and I am very happy to live such an experience. "
You wear a media badge, can you see. You are now a colleague ...
"Yes, I am a colleague. That's exactly right. (Smile) New! Many people ask me if this can be an avenue for conversion, but it's something pure point yet. I am in any case felt comfortable very quickly and then I hope I can bring something next week. It's fun to be there, that way, but I feel pretty good and in my place. "
This is not a job, it's a pleasure ...
"Indeed. I am delighted to be there, even if a little apprehensive, because I want to do things properly. You know me, I have not changed. (Smile) I was very well received by the team of France Televisions. I spent a beautiful day, I could see what it was, and this bodes well for the future. "
How do you approach this new role?
"I'm very spontaneous. In short, I would say things like I feel, instinctively. What is interesting is to try to bring my experience, my experience. That's good. This also makes me think the way I look at tennis. I like expressing myself, I love talking. I was rather critical of someone as a player, but now I manage to put some water in my wine. It will take just that I should pay attention to my Belgian accent on French TV. (Smile) And I will put my little note at the end of the tournament, I hope ... "
You spent the whole afternoon in the studio. It was not too long?
"Yes, it was long, but so I could see what looked like your job. (Smile) I knew what it was like to have to wait in the locker room when I was a player to get on the short end of the day. It was much harder than what I lived there, but it was good too. Very different, actually. "
That was your first experience, Sunday, on the other side of the fence. What struck you most?
"The calm and professionalism of all teams. All rolls. Everything is polished. I was surprised, and yet not so, for simplicity that prevails. It does not take the head. There is great joy to work. That's what struck me ... "
Justine Henin was in Paris on Sunday to "launch" Roland Garros on France 2 channel that, we know she will comment on the quarters, semis and finals next week ladies. Selected excerpts of what she said to both Belgian journalists and media hexagon, whose newspaper L'Equipe :
Television"At the tournament in Monte Carlo, I met the TV journalist who Chamoulaud Lionel asked me to comment on a few matches on France 2. This is the string on which, lassie, I looked at Roland Garros, and it is associated with many fond memories in my career. For this first contact, I found the atmosphere very nice, I was struck by the amazing simplicity and relaxed despite the difficulty of the job, we do not take the head. It's strange to be on the other hand, in the world of journalists, but I felt immediately at ease. "
TennisI was offered to participate in the tournament of legends, I would have liked, but play tennis, even in my club, something is wrong, I'm too sore elbow. I have not touched the racket more than two or three times in Limelette, young people will soon overtake me, I do not like, it will not encourage me. Now, I step back to ask another look at women's tennis. I confess I have not followed too much since I left, but this sport is rooted in me, I am also refocused on my club in recent times (note: separation consumed with Carlos Rodriguez, this is probably an open secret).
Consultancy" It will be a first, there is impatience and apprehension mixed because I'm still demanding with myself, I have at heart to do well, but I love to talk, speak , and this will necessarily be more spontaneous and instinctive . I'll try to bring my experience, approaching the surface, managing emotions for girls at times. Until there is something on time, I do not have a conversion plan in mind, but I hope it pleases me that I withdraw something. I know they also spoke of a musical in Belgium, but the media up quickly things out of proportion. This project was a Belgian choreographer friend, who had wanted to tell my life, but there was never any question that I happen or that I play, there is nothing concrete yet. "
Masculine / feminine"You know, I will also make the men's singles final for the RTBF. By passion, I prefer men (smile),there is great wealth, and a wide variety of characters. The Federer-Djokovic last year would be fabulous to comment. Of course, in knowledge and experience, I know a lot more girls. I want an opposition of styles between a player of my time, Sharapova or Serena, a young and going up, as Kvitova. My favorites are the same as everyone, Nadal, Djokovic, Federer, Serena, Sharapova and Azarenka ... "
BelgiumWe will have to be patient. There is talent, young people who have a good "hand", but the rub on the physical level, it does not "beasts" of the kind that have invaded the circuit, there are ways to go further in this field. It is also the mentality, the desire to want to do better, now and forever. "
Alright now comes the latest news of Justine being the guest of honor for the "doudou" (some of the tradition festival of the city of Mons which I'm not very sure of what exactly it is but sounds interesting)
The following photos I got it from the facebook group, thank you for the resources:
This is a funny photo of Justine which looks like she sprained her neck...sorry, no offense! but at least Justine's neck is pretty flexible!
So cute lah! Still hold a tennis ball, but where's the racket..I miss it!
Justine looking attentively at the festival play
I love this expression and this angle of Justine, very lovely!
How I wish I am the one to help Justine pin up that scarf (I dunno how to call it)
Lovely Ju at strike again! What are they looking at?
Ju attracting the crowd! I wanna be there...
Justine is a beautiful lady, I just so love to see her smile! What's with that guy's look behind Justine?
Hmmm? She changed clothes already? Where have I seen this jacket b4? Btw, nice red ribbon bow tie that guy has.
The ever serious Justine, I think if I am nearby, I don't dare to go up to her when she's this serious look. no wonder the folks are standing at a distance behind.... :-P
A rtbf link to the news video of Justine at the event:
Below is a translation interview by Danielle of Justine in the "Dernière Heure" papers (about a week ago or a few days ago):
She
does not play tennis any more!
PARIS
Justine Henin returns for the first time to Roland
Garros since her defeat in 1/8th finals of the edition 2010 against Samantha
Stosur. "Fammenoise" gained the tournament on four occasions in her
player's career, in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007. At the bottom she still plays
tennis?
" Not, I do not bang any more the ball ",
she revealed. " I believe that I had to play two or three times in one
year. I have the well damaged elbow and then, I lost so muscles and weight that
necessarily I would be fast overtaken by the youth of the Academy and I do not
like too much. (Smile) They had suggested me competing for the tournament of
the Legends here to Roland Garros, but I have all the same a little of pride. I
would have to re-train, because I do not want to show myself like that... "
" Relief? PATIENCE... " Through her
Academy, Justine wants to bet on the formation. " We have of the talent in
Belgium " - Justine, the
Belgian tennis gets ready to turn most right-hand page of its history with the
announcement of the end of Kim Clijsters's career after the US Open. How see
each other the future, you who are involved through your Academy? " It will be
necessary to be patient. It is going to be complicated. There is of the
potential. Later, everything is question of mentality. We also tried to open
the way with Kim to this level. It is for it that I, I want to bet on the
youngest and on the formation, because an athlete he puts years to build
himself. To the Academy, we have in particular a 11-year-old girl, Lena
Delfosse, to whom we try to teach certain things. They are lives completely to
part. It is very hard to say to a child, here is the way to be followed, but in
front of their dreams, it is somewhere necessary to answer to them. There are
stages to be crossed and it has to be made with wisdom and patience. " - David Goffin and
Alison Van Uytvanck are our two big hopes of relief at the moment. You see them
going to where? - " I do not
know them very well, but David Goffin knew a rather impressive evolution these
last months. I am always surprised seeing his results. It is manifestly the boy
who works, who every day puts of the heart in the work. And it eventually pays.
He has a real potential. We have of the talent in Belgium, all the players and
the Belgian players have a good hand as we say, but it is not enough. The
physical appearance is needed. It is little there that the packsaddle hurts. I
am persuaded that we can go farther to this level. " - And Alison? - " Alison
also, it is the future. She has just made very good results in Brussels. We
count on these young people a lot, but it is necessary to give to them of time
also to build itself friendly. "
And earlier on, on facebook Justine For Kids page, some photos were uploaded...just to share it here, I only posted the photos that have Justine in it. (For full album of the photos, please visit Justine For Kids facebook page, the link on the right side of this blog):
Visite Stassen-Kidibul
I wonder what's Justine supposed to do there?
It looks like an outdoor field with some plantation hidden...seriously, maybe I should go check out JFK website to know more about this event if they updated about it.
Here's a big big photo of Justine "frowning hard" cos of the glaring sun!
And the babelicious Justine's killer smile! Justine, maybe you should get a smaller vest?
So this ends my post, a long post...but love the photos of lovely sweet Justine! I think she's starting her commentator soon 2 days later, but not sure if I get to see her onscreen depending on the time and the live streaming availability online. but I wish her good luck and happiness and in smooth sailing in everything she does! Allez Justine!
